All projects undertaken by Solvizglobal are subject to a specific statement of work (SOW) or contract agreed upon by both parties. Any timelines discussed prior to the signing of an SOW are estimates and not binding.
Upon full payment, the client assumes ownership of the final delivered project assets. Solvizglobal retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your project contract. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Solvizglobal reserves the right to halt work if payment terms are not met.
Solvizglobal provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables.
